Getting your API Details for your EVE Online Account

  1. Visit the EVE Online web site and click on the “My Character” link on the left hand side menu (Figure 1)

  2. Log into the EVE Online web site with your account information (Figure 2)

  3. Click on one of your characters (Figure 3)

  4. Click on the API Key Managment link on the character summery screen
    (Figure 4)

  5. In the Limited Access API section, use the “User ID” and “API Key” that are listed to create your Capsuleer URL (Figure 5)

In the case of the above example image my URL would look like the following:
evechar://localhost/?userid=232250&key=tz8lvLgB5Xa...
or
http://capsuleer.evesuite.com/userid/232250/key/tz8lvLgB5Xa...
(In both cases the API key has been truncated for ease of display on this page)

Once you have your URL created you can proceed with Sending your URL to Capsuleer
