		<title>Server Status Issue &#8211; February 14th</title>
		<description><![CDATA[On February 14th between 1:00pm and 9:30pm the process that monitors the server status suffered from some intermittent connectivity problems.
These problems prevent the process from connecting correctly to both Tranquility and Serenity.  This resulted in Capsuleer displaying that the servers were offline when they were actually online and functional.
