Tyrannis Skill data has been deployed

I just enabled the new data file for Tyrannis. Capsuleer should automatically download it the next time you start it up and have a network connection. All those PI related “Unknown Skills” should now show up with the proper names and have all the skill details displaying correctly. If anyone has any issues please let [...]
